Why and How it Works
This program has been designed to work with you, with your thoughts, your energy and your own personal reasons for holding weight.

When you first learn to drive everything feels very hard, it's a conscious mind overload, but as you practise over and over again the thoughts, decisions and reactions move to your subconscious. Within months you are barely thinking about what your hands and feet are doing.
