Q. How much is the 3 week program?
A. There are two options 1. Online Group Programs 3 weeks (3 x 45min-1hour sessions) $150 (Morning 10am or 11.30am , Afternoon 1pm or 3pm, Evening 5pm or 6.45pm) there will eventually be more sessions to choose from as it gets more popular and we end up with overseas visitors needing to fit in with time zones. 2. You can also opt for a 1:1 in person or via Zoom session (I'm in Hamilton New Zealand so you would need to be able to get to me if you would like an in person Program these are $650 for 3 weeks (3 x 45min-1hour sessions). Once you join a program you can come back and join the online program you originally signed up for, as often as you like for FREE.

Q. What happens if I can't make one of the 3 zoom module lessons?
A. These will run every 3 weeks or so. You can book in to do the next program for free or just pick up on the next program where you left off.

Q. What if I'm running late for a zoom session?
A. Join the zoom meeting quietly so you don't disturb others. We can either catch you up at the end of the session or if you missed too much you can join the next module in 3 weeks time (for free).

Q. Is the homework difficult and how long would it take outside the lessons?
A. The homework is not difficult and should take no more than 5mins per day.

Q. What happens if I don't lose weight like other people on the program?
A. Everyone will experience and manifest change in different ways and at a different pace, some have only held weight for the past few years where as others may have struggled with weight all their lives so they will have more unravelling to do with more mental and emotional layers before they get to the physical layers. There are options. You can do the modules and join the zoom sessions again, for free, until you see the changes you would like to see or you could schedule a 1:1 (at a reduced rate) to get any assistance you may require.
Q. Will this program help other things such as anxiety, menopause, midlife crisis, other health problems, pain, addictions, depression, confidence, self limiting beliefs, self esteem or procrastination?
A. The weight loss program is the first program of many to come and some of those are already in the pipeline. This weight loss program will help with many other things in your life, not just physical weight, but a lighter you in many other respects. However, if weight loss is not your main concern but you can't wait for a new program to come out, you can opt for a 1:1 program which can be tailored to meet your needs. This would require a phone or zoom consultation to make sure this is right for you.

Q. Can I be too old, too young to attend this program?
A. Everyone, male, female, old, young... if you would like a long term weight loss program and you are prepared to do the homework, then you can do it.

Q. Is there anything I need to do to prepare for this program?
A. No, you just need to have an open mind to a totally different, permanent way to lose weight. (and make sure your technology is working, eg, test your zoom connection is working, you know where the mic is, know how to log in etc before you arrive on the day)

Q. Will I need to share my personal stories, trauma, homework etc with the facilitator or others on the program?
A. You will never be put on the spot, asked to share anything or homework you don't want to. This is your journey and your business, no-one elses.
