Welcome to A Lighter Way, an online weight loss program like nothing else you have done before. Who are we and why is this different from other weight loss programs?

Alana Savage Founder and Facilitator of A Lighter Way.com, has been working with many clients on a 1:1 basis in her practice for many years helping them release their physical, mental & emotional trauma, seeing them release pain, self limiting beliefs, weight and many other examples, which has contributed to them living a much freer, more fulfilling life. While it has been very rewarding to see such great results, it hasn't been achievable for everyone, 1:1 costs are prohibitive for most, so Alana has been working on how she can bring this gift to everyone.

This program is the first of many programs to come.

It is designed to help you lose weight by identifying and releasing trauma, blocks and self-limiting beliefs that have been blocking your weight loss journey.

No more scales, no more weighing in, and no food plans. Our program is three hours long, spread over three weeks. Our program will help you discover the root cause of why you haven't been able to lose weight and provide you with the tools to finally and permanently overcome it.

There is homework to do between sessions, however it is not difficult or time consuming.
​
At A Lighter Way, our mission is to empower you to achieve your weight loss goals in a way that is sustainable. We believe that by addressing the root cause of your weight challenges, we can help you achieve long-term success and a healthier, happier life.

There are two online weightloss program offerings;
One: is a 1:1, 3 x 45min sessions
Two: is a Group 3 x 45min sessions. Sessions will be scheduled at the same time each week for 3 weeks.
Group Programs will be offered either Tuesdays or Wednesdays, 11.30am or 6.45pm New Zealand (Auckland/Wellington) time both days. When you enroll you will select which day and time will best suit you. 1:1 Programs will be scheduled at a mutually agreed day and time.
We offer financial grants for those who would like to make changes but are financially challenged, likewise we offer those who would like to make a huge difference in peoples lives, to pay it forward so we can offer more grants and help change more lives for good.

At A Lighter Way, our mission is to empower you to achieve your weight loss goals. Our program is a 3 x 1 hour sessions (including 5-10 minutes at the beginning and end of each session for Q&A), over three-weeks you can choose a group environment or if you prefer there is a one on one option.
There is homework to do between each session, however none of it is difficult or very time consuming. It is designed to identify the blocks, self-limiting beliefs and programming you have within your sub-conscious mind which has, until now, held you back from your weight loss goals. This homework can be confronting and evoke feelings associated with deep held beliefs, but we need to identify them to let them go. You will work through homework by yourself, between sessions, you will never at any point be asked to share your homework, you will not be put on the spot to tell the group what came up for you, your inner most thoughts or feelings, unless you want to share anything. This work is your business and no one else's, it is for you and you alone.
The program provides information and tools to help you work through, identify and overcome the root cause of your weight issues. Our expert instructors will guide you through the process.
